Privates Sessions

Private Reformer Session

Before your first session, your instructor will take 15 minutes to understand your body, history, and goals, so every movement is purposeful from day one. Your 50-minute Reformer session is then tailored entirely to you, using the resistance and range of the machine to build strength, mobility, and control with precision

Private Mat Session

Before your first session, your instructor will take 15 minutes to understand your body, history, and goals, so every movement is purposeful from day one. Your 50-minute Mat session strips it back to the fundamentals, with no equipment, just focused guidance on core strength, body awareness, and movement quality at your own pace.
