STUDIO POLICY

This policy applies to all clients, members, and visitors. By booking or attending any class, you agree to the following.
BOOKINGS
All classes and sessions must be booked in advance through the Sol Pilates website or mobile app. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before class to allow time for check-in, changing, and settling in.
At booking confirmation, you will be reminded to: arrive at least 10 minutes early, bring or purchase grip socks, and complete your physical assessment form before your first session.
LATE ENTRY
Entry will not be permitted more than 5 minutes after the class start time. This is to protect the safety and experience of every client already in class. Late arrivals are treated as a missed session and the class credit will be deducted.
The 5-minute cut-off is strictly enforced for all class types. Reformer classes are particularly strict due to the equipment setup and warm-up sequence.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to avoid this situation.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
Group classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit.
PRIVATE SESSION CANCELLATIONS
Private sessions require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
If cancelled within 24 hours, the session will be deducted from your package and cannot be rescheduled unless approved by the studio in case of a genuine emergency.
WAITLIST
If a class is fully booked, you may join the waitlist through the app or website. A maximum of 5 waiting spots are available per class.
If a spot opens more than 24 hours before class, the first person on the waitlist is automatically booked in and notified.
If a spot opens within 24 hours of class, all waitlisted clients are notified at the same time. The spot goes to whoever books first.
Once booked from the waitlist, the standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies to you from that point.
If you are on the waitlist and never get moved into the class, your credit is automatically returned to your account as soon as the class ends. You will not lose your credit for simply being on a waitlist.
Please remove yourself from the waitlist if your plans change.
PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS
All packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
Each package has a validity period. Unused sessions expire after validity ends and cannot be reactivated.
PACKAGE FREEZE & EXTENSIONS
First Freeze (per pack cycle)
Available once per cycle at no additional charge, subject to studio approval.
Must be requested in writing before the package expiry date.
Hold durations: 8-session pack — 1 week. 12-session pack — 2 weeks. 24-session pack and above — 4 weeks.
Second Freeze (same pack cycle)
A fee of 15% of your original package amount applies before the second freeze is activated.
Same hold durations apply as the first freeze.
Must be requested in writing before the package expiry date.
Extensions may be considered once per cycle for illness, injury, or genuine emergency with valid documentation. Requests must be made before the package expires.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE
To ensure a calm, premium environment for everyone:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early
Complete your physical assessment form before your first class
Inform your instructor of any injuries or medical conditions before class
Wear appropriate workout attire in neutral tones
Grip socks are mandatory for Reformer classes — available at reception
Please avoid strong perfumes or fragrances
Phones on silent and out of sight during class
Treat all instructors, staff, and fellow clients with respect
Sol Pilates reserves the right to refuse service or suspend bookings for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Pilates and fitness activities involve physical movement and carry a risk of injury.
By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to exercise and will notify your instructor of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy before class.
A physical assessment form must be completed before your first session.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please take care of your personal belongings
Sol Pilates is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items brought into the studio.
Secure cubbies are available for your belongings during class.
MEDIA
From time to time, photos or videos may be taken in the studio for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be featured, please inform the instructor or front desk before class begins.
POLICY UPDATES
Sol Pilates reserves the right to update studio policies, pricing, schedules, and instructors at any time.
Updated policies will be communicated via our website, app, or in-studio notice.
