These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all individuals accessing the Sol Pilates website and mobile app, booking classes, purchasing packages/memberships, or participating in any in-studio classes, private sessions, workshops, events, or related services offered by:

By using our website/app or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. GENERAL TERMS
These Terms apply to all clients, members, visitors, and users of Sol Pilates.
Sol Pilates reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Information displayed on our website/app is for general guidance and does not constitute a contractual offer. A binding agreement is formed only upon confirmed booking and/or successful payment.
2. DEFINITIONS
“Studio” refers to Sol Pilates operated by One Ventures.
“Member / Client / User” refers to any individual using our services.
“Services” include group classes, private sessions, packages, memberships, workshops, and retail items (if applicable).
“Website/App” refers to Sol Pilates’ official website and mobile application.
“Premises” refers to the Sol Pilates studio location in J.P. Nagar, Bangalore.
3. BOOKINGS, CHECK-IN & LATE ENTRY
All classes and sessions must be booked in advance via our website, app, or authorised channels. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
For a smooth class experience, we strongly recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before class start time to settle in, complete check-in, and fill in the physical assessment form before your first session.
At booking confirmation, clients will be reminded to: arrive at least 10 minutes early, wear grip socks (available at reception), and complete the physical assessment form before their first class.
Entry will not be permitted if you arrive more than 5 minutes after the class start time. This is for the safety of all clients, class flow, and to avoid disruption to an ongoing session. Late arrivals are treated as a missed session and the class credit will be deducted.
4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
4.1 Group Classes
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the session credit.
Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit.
4.2 Private Sessions
Private sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
If cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, the session will be deducted from your package and cannot be rescheduled or credited back, unless approved by the studio in case of a genuine emergency.
5. WAITLIST POLICY
Clients may join a waitlist when classes are full.
If a spot opens, clients may be automatically moved into the class and notified through the app or by message/email.
When a spot becomes available, the next waitlisted client will be notified and has 10 minutes to confirm their place. If no response is received within 10 minutes, the spot will be automatically confirmed and the standard cancellation policy will apply from that point forward.
It is the client’s responsibility to monitor their waitlist status and remove themselves if they can no longer attend.
6. MEMBERSHIPS, PACKAGES & VALIDITY
All packages and memberships are non-refundable once purchased.
Packages and memberships are valid only for the duration stated at time of purchase. Unused sessions expire after validity ends and cannot be reactivated.
Transfers are not permitted unless approved under exceptional circumstances at management discretion, and must be requested in writing.
Sol Pilates reserves the right to change pricing, class schedules, instructors, and policies at any time.
7. PACKAGE FREEZE / PAUSE & EXTENSIONS
7.1 First Freeze (per package cycle)
Available once per cycle at no additional charge, subject to studio approval.
Must be requested in writing before the package expiry date.
Hold durations: 8-session pack — up to 1 week. 12-session pack — up to 2 weeks. 24-session pack and above — up to 4 weeks.
Second Freeze (same package cycle)
A fee of 15% of the original package amount is payable before the second freeze is activated.
Same hold durations apply as above (1 week / 2 weeks / 4 weeks by pack size).
Must be requested in writing before the package expiry date.
All freeze requests must be submitted before package expiry. Requests after expiry cannot be processed.
Extensions may be granted once per cycle for illness, injury, or genuine emergency with valid documentation (e.g. medical certificate). Extensions are not guaranteed and must be requested before expiry.
8. REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be provided for unused classes, missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows.
If Sol Pilates cancels a class, the credit will be returned to the client’s account or rescheduled at the studio’s discretion.
9. HEALTH & LIABILITY WAIVER
Participation in Pilates and fitness activities involves inherent risks, including risk of physical injury.
By attending, you confirm that you are medically and physically able to participate and/or have consulted a medical professional if required.
You agree to inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before class. A physical assessment form must be completed before your first session.
Sol Pilates, its owners, instructors, and staff shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or health complications that may arise during or after participation, including those resulting from undisclosed conditions.
Personal belongings are brought at your own risk. Sol Pilates is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Clients are encouraged to use the secure cubbies provided.
10. STUDIO POLICIES & CODE OF CONDUCT
Respectful behaviour toward instructors, staff, and other clients is expected at all times.
The studio reserves the right to refuse service, suspend bookings, or terminate memberships/packages without refund for misconduct, harassment, disruptive behaviour, repeated policy violations, or misuse of booking privileges.
Proper athletic wear is required. Grip socks are mandatory for Reformer classes and are available for purchase at reception.
11. PRIVACY & DATA
By using our website/app and booking services, you consent to the collection and use of your information for managing bookings, processing payments, and operational communication.
We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be shared with trusted service providers solely to operate studio services.
12. MEDIA CONSENT
Clients consent to the use of photographs or videos taken on the premises for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be featured, please notify the studio in writing or inform the instructor or front desk before class begins.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, Sol Pilates is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for proven negligence resulting in serious injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
Sol Pilates is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or failure to provide services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, fire, flooding, building access restrictions, or strikes and civil disturbances.
15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
16. ACCEPTANCE
By booking, purchasing, or attending any Sol Pilates class or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
